Ramen Stir-Fry

Ramen Stir-Fry

Ramen Stir-Fry is a quick, budget-friendly, and satisfying dish that transforms instant ramen into a colorful, flavorful meal packed with veggies and your choice of protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1-1/2 cups sliced fresh carrots
  • 3/4 cup sliced onion
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 package (3 ounces) of beef ramen noodles

Instructions

Steps:
1. In a large cast-iron or another heavy skillet, cook beef, carrots, and onion over medium heat
until beef is no longer pink and carrots are crisp-tender, 7-9 minutes, crumbling beef; drain.
2. Add water, cabbage, mushrooms, green pepper, soy sauce, and the contents of the seasoning
packet from the noodles. Break noodles into small pieces; add to the pan. Cover and cook until
liquid is absorbed and noodles are tender 8-10 minutes.
