Homemade Irish cream

Making homemade Baileys Irish Cream with this recipe is cheap, easy, and tasty – you’ll never want to buy it again! This makes a great present to take to hosts over the festive season and is great on its own, or when used to pimp-up hot chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 400ml Irish whiskey
  • 400ml single cream
  • 200g tin condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp camp coffee extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Steps:

  1. Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on high to mix well. Don’t over-blend as the cream will begin to whip. Pour into sterilized bottles and keep in the fridge for up to two months.
