Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 lemon
- 8 slices toasted bread
- 3 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- Butter lettuce, arugula or microgreens
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- sprinkle of hemp seeds, optional
Instructions
Steps:
1. Lightly mash the avocados with a few pinches of sea salt and a squeeze of lemon.
2. Assemble the sandwiches with the toasted bread, avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, and hemp seeds,
if using. Season with salt and pepper.
