Egg Fried Rice is a quick and flavorful stir-fry dish made with cooked rice, scrambled eggs, and a blend of aromatic seasonings. Lightly fried in a wok or skillet, the rice gets a slightly crisp texture while absorbing the savory flavors of soy sauce, garlic, and green onions. The scrambled eggs add a soft, protein-rich bite, making the dish satisfying on its own or as a side. Often enhanced with vegetables like peas, carrots, or bell peppers, and sometimes paired with chicken, shrimp, or tofu, Egg Fried Rice is a versatile and comforting classic perfect for any meal.
