A nostalgic ice cream sundae that never goes out of style. A ripe banana cradles scoops of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream, topped with whipped cream, crushed nuts, maraschino cherries, and drizzles of hot fudge and strawberry sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 handfuls hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
- chocolate sauce, to serve
- 2 cocktail cherries

Steps:
- Cut the bananas in half lengthways and put into bowls. Scoop out 2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream into each and top each with a handful of chopped hazelnuts, a good drizzle of chocolate sauce and finish with a cocktail cherry on top.
