This banana ice cream is prepared using only 5 ingredients and made with 2 scoops by decorating with chocolate syrup, cherries, and whipped cream.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 handfuls hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
- chocolate sauce, to serve
- 2 cocktail cherries
- Cut the bananas in half lengthways and put into bowls. Scoop out 2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream into each and top each with a handful of chopped hazelnuts, a good drizzle of chocolate sauce and finish with a cocktail cherry on top.
