Classic Mimosa

The classic mimosa is a simple, yet sparkling cocktail made with equal parts champagne and fresh orange juice. Bright, bubbly, and effortlessly elegant, it’s a brunch-time favorite that brings a festive touch to any gathering. Light and refreshing, it pairs beautifully with both sweet and savory morning fare.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 (750-ml.) bottle chilled dry Champagne, Prosecco, or Cava
  • Orange slices, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Steps:

  1. Divide juice between 6 champagne flutes (2 ounces each), then tops each with champagne. Garnish each with a slice of orange if desired.
