Almond Milk

The best and ideal food for the people who does regular exercises, who follows strict diet and who would need the immediate protein and calcium (As Almonds and Milk regenerates the energy) also easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 l Milk
  • Almonds120 g,
  • Organic Agave Nectar 30 ml

Instructions

Steps:

  1. Bring to a boil the water. Pour the almond and cook for about 2 minutes. Drain the almonds and set aside the water.
  2. Let them cool completely the water. Peel the almonds. Pour the peeled almonds into a blender, add the water, and mix.
  3. Filter the milk. Add the agave juice and keep it in the refrigerator.
