Vegan Chocolate Hearts

These Vegan Chocolate Hearts are a sweet, decadent treat that’s perfect for any occasion. Made with rich, dairy-free chocolate and a touch of sweetness, these little heart-shaped delights are creamy, smooth, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply craving a vegan-friendly indulgence, these chocolate hearts are easy to make and completely plant-based—offering a guilt-free way to enjoy the perfect bite of chocolate love!

Ingredients

  • Acai 2 tbsp, berries
  • Hemp Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Coconut milk 100 ml
  • Wheatgrass Powder 1 tbsp
  • Stevia 1 tbsp
  • Chocolate 150 g, 100% raw unsweetened, chopped
  • Coconut oil 3 tbsp
  • Agave Nectar 3 tbsp, dark
  • Carob Powder 2 tbsp
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

Steps:

  1. Combine the berries, hemp seeds, coconut milk, wheatgrass powder, and stevia in a food processor.
  2. Leave to macerate for 10 minutes, then blend until smooth.Pour into a heatproof bowl and add the chocolate, coconut oil and agave nectar.
  3. Set the bowl on top of a half-filled saucepan of gently simmering water.
  4. Stir occasionally until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
  5. Spray a 24-hole heart-shaped confectionery Mould with non-fat cooking spray.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture into the Moulds and chill for 1 hour or until firm.
  7. Once set, turn out and serve
