One-Bite Snack Balls (No-Bake)

These no-bake one-bite snack balls are a quick, healthy, and delicious treat perfect for busy days. Made with wholesome ingredients, they’re ideal for lunchboxes, after-school snacks, or a midday energy boost. Easy to make and packed with flavor, these bite-sized snacks are a go-to for both kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup grated carrots
  • ¼ cup chopped dates
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup honey

Instructions

Steps:

  1. Combine oats and carrots in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until blended. Add dates, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla; blend again.
  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in raisins and honey. Roll into 8 balls.
