Mexican Tuna Salad is a creamy and flavorful dish made with tuna, black beans, corn, red pepper, and red onion. Mashed avocado and Greek yogurt give it a rich yet light texture, while lime juice, chili powder, cumin, and oregano add a fresh, mildly spicy Mexican-inspired taste.
