Gyros Burgers are a flavorful fusion of the classic American burger and the beloved Greek gyro. Made with seasoned ground lamb or beef (or a combination), the patties are infused with Mediterranean spices like garlic, oregano, and cumin. They’re grilled to perfection and served on soft buns or pita bread, topped with fresh lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a cool, creamy tzatziki sauce. Juicy, savory, and refreshing, gyros burgers are a delicious twist on a traditional favorite—perfect for cookouts or weeknight dinners.
