- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon white miso paste
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions

Place salmon fillets in a flat dish.
- Whisk brown sugar, miso paste, soy sauce, and chili flakes in a bowl. Pour mixture over salmon fillets. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
