Fresh fish fillets are seasoned with herbs, spices, and a splash of lemon, then wrapped in foil to create a steamy, aromatic packet. As it bakes, the fish absorbs the essence of garlic, butter, and fresh vegetables, delivering a wholesome and vibrant taste. This method ensures a light, flaky texture while preserving nutrients and natural juices. Ideal for quick weeknight dinners or outdoor grilling, it’s a healthy and fuss-free option. Each foil packet opens to reveal a delicious, restaurant-quality meal with minimal cleanup.
