Gobi Matar recipe with step-by-step preparation. This is a lightly spiced delicious Matar made with cauliflower with cumin for an Indian dinner.
- Cauliflower 200 g
- Peas 150 g
- Turmeric 3 tbsp
- Vegetables 3 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 3 tbsp
- Chili Pepper 1 tbsp
- Coriander fresh
- Boil the cauliflower florets and peas in a pan of water seasoned with salt and ground turmeric. Drain well.
- Heat the oil in a wide pan, add the cumin seeds and chilli powder and cook until the cumin seeds start to crackle. Stir in the cauliflower and peas and stir until the cauliflower starts to brown.
- Serve immediately with sea salt and coriander to garnish.
